New York only, by design
We don’t sell in 30 states. Every account we supply is in Con Edison territory, so our team works with the same utility rules, billing, and enrollment process as the buildings we serve.
Commercial accounts only
We don’t sell residential plans. Our customers are property managers, multi-family operators, restaurants and hospitality groups, office portfolios, retail chains, healthcare facilities, schools, and nonprofits. A dedicated, New York–based account manager
You get a named account manager with a direct line — someone who already knows your accounts when you call. No out-of-state call centers.
Contracts in plain English

Pricing structures explained before you sign
We offer fixed, variable, and index pricing. Before anything is signed, we walk through how each structure behaves for your usage profile. No structure is always cheaper, and savings are not guaranteed. Read more on How It Works.
What doesn’t change
Con Edison still delivers your energy, reads your meter, sends one consolidated bill, and responds to outages and emergencies. Only the supply line on your bill changes. For any outage or gas leak, call Con Edison at 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633).
